Program Overview 

Career Planning Service assists unemployed individuals in Niagara by providing a comprehensive array of services and programs aimed at helping you reach your employment goals.

We offer Employment Counselling, an extensive Career Research Library, Job Resource Centers, Assessments to help with career direction, and Group Workshops.  We also assist eligible clients to apply to Employment Ontario for financial assistance in obtaining training or upgrading skills.  Our services may be of benefit to you if:

•  You are having difficulty finding work
•  You are not sure what career best suits you
•  You feel that a lack of skills is your employment barrier
•  You want to know what careers are in demand
•  It is time to consider a career change
•  You seem to go from job to job
•  You want to research career options

Career Planning Service is a program of the Business Education Council of Niagara, funded by Employment Ontario. The services are free of charge to any individual who is unemployed.
