Help build Niagara's labour force with the BEC's Labour Force Development division!

It is a well-established fact that the Niagara region will be facing a shortage of workers in the coming years. As the number of retirees continues to grow, workers will be needed in all areas of Niagara's labour force. The BEC's Labour Force Development division is working with today's youth to ensure that the workforce of tomorrow is being prepared today. Offering a wide variety of programs and learning opportunities, the Labour Force Development division strives to help adults and youth make informed decisions about their future careers. They also encourage Niagara's employers to play an active role in this learning process by offering a number of opportunities for them to share their experiences.
