How can I get more interviews? |

Interviews are your opportunity to tell a potential employer why you are the best candidate for the job. Before you got the interview, you provided the employer with a cover letter and a résumé. The fact that you got to the interview stage means the employer liked what they saw. A lack of interviews may indicate that your résumé needs improvement, that you need to research the position you applied for, or that you need help with your interview skills.
